Embroidery Cool (embroiderycool.com) offers free embroidery tools. We collect as little as possible. Embroidery Cool, based in Tijuana, Mexico, is responsible for your data. Contact: contact@embroiderycool.com.

What we collect

  • Your files: none. Embroidery files and images are opened in your browser and never uploaded.
  • No accounts.
  • Analytics: we use Umami Cloud to count visits and clicks (for example, on the founders list button). It uses no cookies, does not identify you and keeps data for up to 6 months.
  • Founders list: if you join, our own form saves your data in our database on Supabase, our database provider (servers in the United States). We collect your email and the answers you choose to give, such as your country and type of shop, only to tell you when Embroidery Cool Pro opens and to understand demand. We keep them until Pro launches and up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete them. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
  • Server logs: our host, Hostinger, records technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
  • Emails you send us: used only to reply.

Ads

We may show ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com. Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before using ad cookies. In US states with privacy laws you can opt out from "Privacy choices" at the bottom of the page.

Affiliate links

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@embroiderycool.com. You can also contact your local data protection authority.

We will update this page when the site changes. The date at the top shows the last update. The site is not directed at children under 13.
